The Tulip Computers UK Plc arm of Tulip Computers NV, Den Bosch, Netherlands claims to be making a singular success of its second attempt to garner for itself a substantial share of the UK MS-DOS micro market: the company is adding another 7,500 square feet of space to its 6,000 square foot head office in Crawley, West Sussex, to handle what it reports as rapidly growing sales: Tulip decided on a direct move into the UK market last September after a distributor-led approach failed a year earlier.
