TriTech is providing VisiCAD Command, its multi-agency, multi-jurisdiction, computer-aided dispatch system, and Locution Systems is providing CADVoice, its automated dispatching solution, along with fire station alerting and automated fire station control devices.

The US cities and counties that will benefit under the program are – Clark County, Nevada; City of Bellevue, Washington; City of Charlotte, North Carolina; City of Fort Worth, Texas; and West Metro Fire Rescue district, Lakewood, Colorado.

By combining TriTech’s computer-aided dispatch system with Locution Systems’ automated dispatching and fire station alerting technologies, these cities and counties expect to improve response times and reduce stress for dispatchers and fire/EMS responders.
