TRIAD SYSTEMS FILES SUIT AGAINST COMPUTER ONE

Triad Systems Corp, Livermore, California has filed suit against Computer One Inc of Lafayette, Louisiana, alleging that the company is selling or licensing to hardgood retailers accounts receivable and other point-of-sale software and related products in violation of Triad’s copyrights.
