Trading Technologies (TT) has passed New York Board of Trade (NYBOT) conformance testing and plans to provide access to coincide with the launch of the NYBOT soft commodities on the Intercontinental Exchange’s (ICE’s) electronic trading platform.
The NYBOT Sugar #11 sm, Sugar #14 sm, Cotton No. 2 sm, Coffee C, Cocoa and Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice products will be accessible through TT’s ICE gateway. The gateway launched in 2004 and currently supports both ICE Cleared OTC and ICE Futures products.
We are keen to be able to support trading of the NYBOT products on X_Trader. Access to the NYBOT commodities through our ICE gateway will further expand trading and risk management opportunities for our customers, who include the producers and consumers of these products as well as liquidity providers, said Harris Brumfield, CEO of TT.
