TOSHIBA FORMS TOSHIBA INFORMATION SYSTEMS (ITALIA) SPA IN MILAN

Toshiba Corp has formed its fourth European country subsidiary, in Italy: the new Toshiba Information Systems (Italia) SpA is capitalised at $2.1m, will initially employ about 70 people in Milan, and looks for first year sales of some $24m; it joins existing subsidiaries in the UK, in France and West Germany.
