By CBR Staff Writer

A company that offers a complete package of hardware and software to enable customers to start trading on the internet for around 25 pounds ($40.5) a week plans to raise 600,000 pounds ($972,000) through a flotation on London’s OFEX over-the-counter market. Justin Clarke, managing director of London-based tosellonline.com says the company’s main clients will be companies with up to 50 staff and revenue of up to 10m pounds ($16.2m). tosellonline.com offers a turnkey package including e-commerce software, hardware, a professionally-designed website and connection to the internet including domain name registration. The float is expected to give tosellonline.com a market value of about 3m pounds ($4.8m).
