TONG YANG GROUP ACCUSE THE LUCKY-GOLDSTAR GROUP

South Korea’s Tong Yang Group has accused the Lucky-Goldstar Group of trying to avoid legal restrictions on its shareholding in Data Communications Corp of Korea, Dacom: South Korean law bans a shareholding of more than 10% in the company, and Tong Yang complains that Lucky-Goldstar now holds a 13% stake through subsidiary companies.
