TIM Peru has already used Sema to launch its prepaid turnkey solutions in March of this year and now TIM Peru has more than 50,000 prepaid customers registered.

Sema will provide customer relationship management and business support solution for post paid subscribers. This includes SemaVision BSCS, Sema’s billing and customer care solution, providing TIM with a reliable, flexible and scaleable solution in order to quickly and effectively launch its GSM operation in Peru. Sema will also provide full operational support.

Sema have a significant operational presence in South America as this is seen as on eof the major rationals behind the agreement.
