License revenues were $60 million for the second quarter, an increase of 64 percent from $37 million in the same period last year. TIBCO continued to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), down to 75 days from 85 days in the previous quarter.

TIBCO had pro forma operating income for the second fiscal quarter of $4.2 million and pro forma net income of $7.6 million. TIBCO’s pro forma earnings per share were $0.04. Pro forma results exclude stock-based compensation charges, restructuring charges, amortization of acquired goodwill and intangibles and realized loss in equity investments. TIBCO took a one-time restructuring charge of $12.6 million during the quarter.
