Tibco says its Staffware Process Suite allows organizations to coordinate business processes in order to automate, rationalize and increase control over key business processes.
Its application at ING Life Korea is, according to the company’s senior vice president of worldwide marketing, Ram Menon, in line with the insurer’s goal of furthering operational advancements by championing a process centric view of IT – giving them increased visibility throughout their extended enterprise.
Alan Grigg, head of IT architecture department and chief IT architect, ING Life Korea, commented: We evaluated various BPM solutions in the market and selected Tibco Staffware Process Suite due to its scalable architecture, proven technology, and the core domain expertise that exists within Tibco.
