Customer care and contact center management companies Tracmail Inc, Webhelp, and Spherenomics are to combine to form a new company TWS Holdings, which has a projected full-year 2003 revenue of $30 million and aims to have 4,000 employees by the end of the year.

The three companies currently have a combined workforce of 2,500 agents who provide services including multi-channel customer support, order management, telemarketing and data entry to Fortune 500 companies in the technology, financial, telecom, retail and health sectors. Tracmail, Webhelp and Spherenomics all have their corporate headquarters in North America, but their business models are based on sourcing low-cost labor from India.

The main shareholders in Massachusetts-based Tracmail and Canada-based Webhelp include CIBC World Markets, The View Group and Insight Capital Partners, and all three have said that they will remain investors and fund the new company’s future growth
