The proposed purchase, will cover Fairmont Supply Company locations in Niagara, New York; Parkersburg and Charleston, West Virginia; Circleville, Ohio; Wilmington, Delaware; Mobile, Alabama; Beaumont, Houston, and Victoria, Texas, Ponchartrain, Louisiana; and Chattanooga, Nashville, and Memphis, Tennessee. Closing of the deal is subject to satisfaction of various conditions, including completion of due diligence and receipt of various business approvals. When completed, this acquisition will continue to position Cameron & Barkley, McJunkin, and McJunkin-CamBar as leaders in providing Value-Added MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) Services and Solutions.
