Picture the scene. It’s a first date and you’ve for some reason gone for Spaghetti whilst wearing the whitest top known to man – disaster is inevitable.

But for those that are truly living in fear of this scenario, and research suggests it’s a quarter of Brits, there’s now a helping hand from Deliveroo and Three’s rewards app Wuntu, who have launched a virtual dining experience on the Southbank that’ll teach people how to eat with Italian dining etiquette experts based in Milan.
According to research from Deliveroo and Three’s Wuntu, Spaghetti is the number one ‘out of bounds’ dish, followed by Ribs, Spaghetti Carbonara, Lobster, and Langoustines.
Although these dishes leave many Brits in a cold sweat when faced with them on a date, foods such as salads, tofu, and sausage and mash are deemed safe.
To combat this there’s going to be a two-day virtual dinner experience that will utilise Three’s Feel at Home roaming service that allows users to use their phone abroad in 42 destinations worldwide at no extra cost.
Rossopomodoro, one of Italy’s leading restaurant groups born in Naples is to be an exclusive partner of Deliveroo through the virtual dining event, where diners will be having a long-distance dining experience.
