THORN ERICSSON TELECOMMUNICATIONS HAS CONTRACT WITH THE LONDON INTERNATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE

Thorn Ericsson Telecommunications Ltd, Horsham, West Sussex, is to supply the London International Stock Exchange widh seven additional nodes for its X25 network under a UKP500,000 contract: they will be based on Ericsson’s Eripax high security packet switches and are to be used to connect intelligent terminals in the offices of member firms to the mainframes that are used to run the SEAQ Stock Exchange Automated Quotations system.
