THE TSB TRUSTCARD LTD DEPARTMENT

By CBR Staff Writer

Unisys UK Ltd, any other resident supplier to Trustee Savings Bank Plc and keen salespeople from any other company wanting to get in there should rush down to Brighton to see the bank’s TSB Trustcard Ltd department, which is clearly in need of some better software for matching the names and addresses of existing Trustcard holders with the mailshot lists that it buys: the unit keeps bombarding its existing cardholders with ever more fevered inducements and giveways if they apply for a personal Trustcard – and as many of the recipients must be small shareholders of the bank, thereby demonstrates to them the shocking manner in which it is wasting the money from the flotation.
