Probably too late for most of us, but if you want to retire early and enjoy life, start young: Joseph Piscopo, retiring as chairman of Pansophic Systems Inc, Oak Brook, Illinois to be succeeded by continuing chief executive David Iskra, collected a cool $150,000 from his uncles on Chicago’s West Side and started the company when he was 24 – and now that the software firm is capitalised at $400m, there are several millionaires in the Piscopo family; what is Mr Piscopo planning to do now? Simply Play better golf, he told the New York Times.
