TEXAS INSTRUMENTS’ SHARES TRADED ON THE LONDON SE

Texas Instruments Inc shares began trading on the London International Stock Exchange last Thursday as part of the company’s efforts to stress its multinational nature: Texas is also reorganising its European operations in anticipation of the Single Market, establishing one central European distribution centre, closing its semiconductor plant in Nice, France and expanding the one in Friesing, West Germany.
