In short, the principal objective of Azeler, as the company is called, is the development and administration of platforms to facilitate and improve agents’ operations in the sector, from the manufacturer to the car buyer at the end of the line.

In this respect, Azeler’s aim is twofold: to facilitate and improve the organization of professional agents’ work, and to simplify the whole process for private customers in the purchase and maintenance of vehicles, products and services related to the car world.

Services offered by Azeler will include searching for, selecting and purchasing new and second-hand vehicles, insurance, financing, car rental and maintenance, amongst other services, and it will also offer a wide range of information on current affairs in the motor world. The new company, created by Terra Lycos and BBVA Group, will provide users easy and fast access to a wide offer of products and services through one channel.

Apart from bringing together offer and demand for private customers through an E-commerce platform, Azeler will focus the majority of its efforts in the development of solutions for professionals with a marked transactional component. For this purpose, Azeler, which has made agreements with over 1000 car dealers in Spain, will offer a wide variety of proposals, such as systems for the management of second-hand vehicles, logistic solutions for car dealers and Internet services, amongst others.

Azeler has been founded with a clear global vocation, and it plans to expand internationally. Its priority objective in this respect is the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets.
