From January 1st, 2002 to December 31, 2002 TELMEX will charge telecommunications operators a rate of .00975 dollars per minute and per interconnection point.
Starting on January 1st, 2002, telecommunications operators will mutually grant a 45% discount for local and long distance interconnection on the best rate that the market offers to the public for private links and a 45% discount in colocation on the current registered price.
Additionally, TELMEX will grant a discount for dedicated links or private links (LADAenlaces digitales) on the best rate that is offered in the market.
