Telex Corp, absent from the European OEM and plug-compatible tape drive markets since everything went sour for the Tulsa, Oklahoma company in the late 1970s, is back with a bang, announcing a three-year multi-million dollar contract with Nixdorf Computer AG, Paderborn, for its 9280 series of Group Code Recording tape drives.
