TELEX CORP’S SHARES FALL

Telex Corp shares fell out of bed Monday on the company’s warning of lower profits for the current quarter (CI No 767), tumbling $13.50 to $51.875: one analyst blames announcement of those new Hewlett-Packard displays, notably the HP700-71, which emulates the IBM 3191 3720-type display and comes in at $695, against $1,000 up from most vendors of 3270-compatibles (CI No 750).
