TELEVIDEO SYSTEMS STRESSES ITS PUSH INTO UNIX

TeleVideo Systems UK Ltd has come back on our recent piece (CI No 865) to say that its non-appearance at Uniforum should not be taken to mean it is de-emphasising its push into Unix and that its 80386-based Unix line is being well received even though distribution channels have not yet been finally established: TeleVideo in the UK reiterated that the reason for delaying the launch of its engineering workstation is because there are a number of bugs in X Window 11 and precious few applications available.
