San Jose, California-based TeleVideo Systems Inc has signed an OEM agreement with Affixe, the distribution arm of Prologue SA, the largest independent supplier of operating software for mini and microcomputers in Europe – Prologue has about 60% of the installed base of operating systems in France, mainly on iAPX-86 systems, but means very little outside France; Prologue recently formed Affixe to become its distribution and OEM arm for peripherals throughout Europe; no estimates were made as to the total volume and dollar amount of the contract, according to Affixe, the total amount of terminals sold into the Prologue World in France alone was over 35,000 terminals in 1991.
