The previously announced agreement for Televideo Systems Inc, San Jose, to take 51% of Columbia, Maryland government contractor Delta Data Systems Corp (CI No 643) is now definitive. The agreement calls for Televideo to pay $4m in total, of which $2.5m has already been paid, and also involves Delta Data to apply Tempest radiation shielding to TeleVideo products to be sold into the government market. Delta Data will operate as an independent company, maintaining its current management and personnel.
