High-performance graphics terminals maker Telemetrix Plc, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire asked for trading in its shares to be suspended at 33 pence late last week pending an announcement. The troubled company is expected to reveal details of a capital restructuring: it says that discussions with a third party on ways to strengthen its equity base were at an advanced stage. First half figures are due on Thursday; the company lost UKP1.63m last year.
