Deutsche Telekom AG has signed a network access deal with a Dusseldorf phone company called Isis Multimedia Net GmbH – the third interconnection agreement it has signed with a rival carrier in the run-up to liberalization of telecoms markets in January. Telekom signed interconnection deals with WorldCom Inc and Tele Danmark earlier this year.
