Telecom Italia SpA’s chairman Guido Rossi, has quit just a month after its initial public offering. Rossi saw red after clashing with chief executive officer Tomaso Tommasi di Vignano over the amount of power government appointed executives should wield. Rossi believed that more control should be passed to shareholder appointed directors.
