Birmingham-based Telecom Capita Ltd has won its first central government contract, a UKP2m facilities management deal with Companies House; the contract will run for three years and Telecom Capita will manage the ICL computing site at Companies House head office in Cardiff, it will also recruit and train staff who will manage the site: the centre can be accessed from a series of remote communications links from each of regional Companies House offices; Companies House stores and evaluates the mandatory annual returns filed by every UK limited liability company.
