TELE DANMARK MAKES OFFER FOR 25% OF MOBILKOM AUSTRIA

Tele Danmark A/S says it has made a binding offer for 25% of the share capital plus one share in Austria’s Mobilkom Austria GmbH. Mobilkom Austria is currently 100%-owned by Austria’s state telephone company.
