Tektronix Inc says its network computers and workstation will now connect with any multi-user Windows NT server, incorporating WinFrame technology. The company says that now Microsoft Corp has assumed responsibility for the operating system layer, Tektronix is free to focus its development efforts on full-featured clients and utility packages.
