Tektronix Inc has received one of those nuisance class actions complaints in the US District Court in Portland, Oregon, alleging that the company violated Federal Securities laws by withholding material adverse information from the public during the period July 1989 to February 1990 – and Tektronix rolled out the boilerplate text to say We believe this claim is entirely without merit, and we intend to defend vigorously against it.
