TECHNOLOGY PLC HAS ELECTRONIC COMMERCE TO THE POWER OF X

Tplc, the ICL Plc subsidiary formally known as Technology Plc, is the latest company to jump on the electronic commerce bandwagon, announcing a product which it says has been designed to streamline the purchasing process. Ecx, electronic commerce to the power of X, has been designed for use in business to business environments, claiming to cut costs and providing a more efficient purchase ordering service. The Warrington, UK-based company says the Ecx module resides in a web environment and is object database compliant. Ecx is available now across Europe and the UK with prices starting at around 15,000 pounds for existing Tplc customers.
