Another vote of confidence for the London Stock Exchange (LSE) came when JSB Software Technologies Plc decided to seek a dual listing on the TechMark market for high-tech stocks. In September, JSB announced plans to abandon its listing on London’s Alternative Investment Market in favor of the Easdaq exchange. Now CEO Rob Barrow said that after monitoring the success of TechMARK, it plans to retain a listing in London. JSB’s flagship product is the SurfControl web filtering software, which is battling for market leadership and to have lost a company of this significance would have been a big setback for the LSE.
