TEAC READIES FASTER CD-ROM DRIVE

TEAC Corp is to launch a new 16 times speed CD-ROM drive it claims will average speeds between 14 and 15.5, in comparison to other 16 times drive that average between 8 and 12 speed. The CD- 516S, with a fast access time of 160ms, is due out next month.
