Business process management solution provider Pegasystems will see its SmartBPM platform deployed at the institution in conjunction with two Pegasystems frameworks, Pega Customer Process Manager and Smart Dispute.

Pegasus says Customer Process Manager provides companies with best practice workflows for their most common service requests, and a framework for addressing their most challenging service issues, one-and-done right at the point of customer contact.

The software vendor described Smart Dispute as a BPM framework that enables credit and debit card issuers to automate the resolution of disputes and chargebacks, dramatically improving the customer experience.
