Taiwanese workstation and personal computer server vendor, Tatung Co is to bundle Computer Associates International Inc’s Unicentre TNG Framework with all of its Unix and Windows NT servers. CA has just released version 2.1 of its systems management product (CI No 3,264) and Tatung joins 16 software and hardware vendors around the world that have so far agreed to bundle the system. Hyundai Electronics Inc is another recent sign-up. Under the terms of the agreement between CA and Tatung, Tatung is able to resell Unicentre TNG through its Computer and Communications Business Division.
