TASK FORCE ACCEPTS BID OF 225P A SHARE FROM ADIA, SWITZERLAND

Computer staff supplier Task Force Group has made its backers very happy, accepting a bid of 225 pence a share, UKP18.5m all told and a 34 pence premium to the market price, from recruitment firm Adia SA of Switzerland: when Task Force Group went public in June 1986, it was valued at just UKP5.34m on flotation.
