Tandy Corp has added the Tandy 1000 TL/3 personal computer in the US, touting it as the third generation of the most popular family of 80286-based Tandy computers: it has 10MHz CPU and dial speed floppy controller so that a 1.2Mb 5.25 or 1.4Mb 3.5 floppy can be installed without a new controller; it has 640Kb and Tandy Deskmate standard; list price is $1,100 and there is a brief special introductory offer.
