TANDEM ADDS BIGGER ALTOS

Tandem Computers Inc yesterday extended its Altos Computer sourced LXN line of Unix systems upwards with launch of the LXN 402 that is built around a 20MHz 68020. It runs the Alis integrated office package, and the Informix-Turbo high performance database server that doubles performance. It has mirror disk and power protection.
