TANDBERG WINS IBM TAPE PACT

Siemens AG buys 3380s OEM from IBM, and IBM is returning the complement with a multi-million dollar OEM quarter inch tape drive contract to Siemen’s Norwegian affiliate, Tandberg Data A/S. The 150Mb drives are for PS/2 and mid-range systems.
