This partnership furthers the relationship between the two companies, as Taleo is already offering Airs training solutions for sourcing skills, diversity tactics and proactive recruiting skills.
According to Taleo, the solutions will help organizations to increase their ability to source talented people by reaching the right talent worldwide and developing a talent pipeline. The organizations can also measure the effectiveness of their sourcing programs for optimal results.
The sourcing tools provides a single platform with features such as access to Airs’ 40 million passive candidate profiles, CRM and e-mail marketing capabilities for building talent pools and the ability to search multiple job boards and websites keeping only one record for easy OFCCP compliance.
We’re very excited about partnering with Taleo, as our combined solutions will give organizations the tools they need to identify and build relationships with various types of talent regardless of their current employment status, said Chris Forman, chief executive at Airs.
In a similar move, Teleo’s rival Peopleclick formed a partnership with internet recruitment management services provider eQuest, in June 2007, to offer job posting service through the recruitment management system.
