Taitoo Process Group, a printing plate making and image processing company, is to invest in the UK plate maker DS Colour International Ltd of London, which will become the centre for its international colour image transmission service to Europe: it will have telephone transmission links in place by year-end, and will install its image transfer system at DS Colour in London, offering service to Japanese newspaper and magazine publishers, and other who want fast and quality transmission; in 1989, Taitoo plan to start a service using satellite communications to send colour photographs and other images around Japan.
