The campaign, which begins in California during the summer, will help to launch the T-Mobile brand in the US. It will then target Europe and the rest of the US by the end of the year.

The initial two-year agreement with Ms Zeta-Jones follows T-Mobile’s relationship with two top tennis players. Steffi Graf and Andre Agassi were signed up on April 19 and have already stared in T-Mobile television advertisements. It is not clear whether Ms Graf and Mr Agassi will continue to represent the company after this new signing.
