T-Mobile now has 67 million subscribers in total, including seven million VoiceStream customers and 10.4 million One2One users. Much of One2One’s growth was due to the success of Virgin Mobile, which is jointly owned by T-Mobile and Virgin Group and uses One2One’s network infrastructure. It signed up 260,000 subscribers in Q4.
The results were towards the top end of market expectations, leaving Deutsche Telekom’s shares 2.9% higher.
