T8 Webware Unveils Border State Bank’s New Web Site

To meet specific needs of each of its audiences

By CBR Staff Writer

T8 Webware, a provider of web development, management and hosting services for the financial industry, has launched Minnesota-based Border Sate Bank’s new web site. The bank has selected T8 Webware to develop a web presence that would also meet the specific needs of each of its audiences.

Previously, Border State Bank has three separate web sites to address the various segments of its business. Each site differed in design and functionality, so T8 Webware was charged with creating a single, uniform knowledge resource that produced relevant and useful information for every customer.

Allison Harder, marketing manager at Border State Bank, said: “We needed a partner that excelled with financial institutions and that was savvy about regulations and compliance issues. T8 Webware relieved all of these concerns. The system is so manageable for any employee to use; now we have an ease of workflow to maintain an active web presence without being burdened with regulatory issues.”

Wade Arnold, CEO of T8 Webware, said: “Border State Bank serves many different customer segments, and now its web site can address each of those groups specifically. The bank’s cohesive, professional presentation to each segment gives it the ability to better target cross sales and offer tools specific to customers’ needs.
