T-Systems enhances Baden-Wurttemberg Bank (LBBW) information portal

LBBW can now configure, edit and update portal contents, and user accounts

By CBR Staff Writer

The T-Systems subsidiary, Multimedia Solutions, has collaborated with Baden-Wurttemberg Bank to completely overhaul and enhance its LBBW Markets portal, to provide improved functionality, information and market data on one central platform.

The company said that it has developed a flexible portal system for the new site that the bank can adapt to changing market situations without the need to invest in further development.

The new portal system allows institutional investors, private customers and LBBW employees to use the site to search for information on currencies, pension funds, and certificates.

In addition, the flexible portal system provides static content, background articles and information from LBBW’s central product databases and can be linked to data from external services such as Reuters or vwd, T-Systems said.

The company said that the new portals intuitive user interface allows the individual departments at LBBW to configure, edit and update portal contents, user accounts and access rights independently.
