Omnivex, a provider of enterprise software for digital signage networks, has said that the British cellular telecommunications provider T-Mobile UK is using its software within its three call centres in the UK.

The offering is used by T-Mobile UK to system display the current RAG status view of the call centre metrics in addition to other important information.

T-Mobile UK selected the offering to help communicate an array of information in varied formats to its customer support staff in its call centres in the UK.

The Omnivex software manages the digital signage system, which consists of 33 large format digital displays, within each of the three call centre locations, which enables customer support staff to provide the correct level of customer satisfaction, said the company.

Further, the system provides customer critical information that enables T-Mobile’s customer support staff to provide service which results in increased customer satisfaction.

proAV video communication specialist Dan Phillpot said Omnivex software was able to display a varied format of data in a way that T-Mobile UK deemed key in its customer support staff providing the correct levels of customer satisfaction to its customers.
