SYSTIME COMPUTERS HAS ORDER FROM NORCROS TO PROVIDE SYSTEMS FOR EIGHT MORE SITES

Systime Computers Ltd of Leeds has an order to provide systems for a further eight sites from the Business Supplies Division of Norcros Plc, which represents the second phase of a multi-million pound project to provide a standalone system in each of the 92 Norcros distribution building supplies branches: the systems being installed is the Systime 80286-based IT/400 which runs the company’s own Trans-Basic product which enables Basic+ programs written for the RSTS operating system to run ender Xenix.
