SYSTEMS RELIABILITY’S OFFER FOR FLETCHER DENNYS SYSTEMS ACCEPTED

The reorganisation of its computer and communications investments engineered by Hillsdown Investment Trust – a misnomer since it is simply Hillsdown Holdings Plc’s in-house investment arm – is a done deal: Systems Reliability Plc’s offer for Fletcher Dennys Systems Plc has been accepted with respect to 93.1%, and the Investment Trust’s offer for up to 3m of Systems Reliability’s shares to give it about 30% has been oversubscribed.
