SYSTEMS DESIGNERS TO CONTINUE POLICY OF “STRATEGIC AQUISITION”

After a meeting with British Aerospace yesterday, Systems Designers Plc issued a statement saying it welcomed the interest behind Tuesday’s dawn raid, which took British Aerospace’s stake in the company to 14.9% of its equity (CI No 629), but it says it would be concerned at any further increase in the stake; Systems Designers also says that it intends to carry on its policy of strategic acquisition.
